Robot drone monitors hurricanes  The benefits of a program like this would be of great benefit. Up until now (or in the near future) we've been unable to monitor the surface conditions within a hurricane; of course we wont count the place of landfall or any thing like that. What we are interested in is the interaction between the surface water and the atmosphere which is where the life is.
